The first version was launched on June 28, 2011. Since then, Microsoft has been constantly working on developing and improving its flagship product.
Today it includes applications from a known Office suite, tools for storing documents, communication, project management or task automation. Access to the applications is possible through a web browser, but also through desktop applications or their mobile versions.

Office suite
Well-known office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote available both as desktop applications and via a web browser.
Outlook suite including such applications as calendar, tasks and contacts. Access is possible via the Outlook desktop application and a web browser.
Communication
Office 365 provides communication tools for teams. Forget about e-mail! Use solutions such as Teams, Yammer or Skype for Business that make everyday communication much more effective.
Automation
A set of applications for process automation, construction of workflows and complex forms (PowerApps and Microsoft Flow). Among the so-called “Power TRIO” is the Power BI application for creating Business Intelligence reports.
Project management
The Office 365 suite also includes applications dedicated to managing tasks and projects, such as To-Do, Wunderlist and project management as Planner or Project Online.
Work with documents and communication
Up to 1TB in OneDrive for each employee to store their personal and company documents. SharePoint which is a perfect platform for building an internal communication portal plus individual employees’ profiles in Delve.
Media & Social

Your local data-center will probably never be as safe and resistant to external attacks as the Office 365 cloud (unless you disconnect them from the Internet :)). A few words about us
We have been working for over 8 years on various projects, which common denominator is building solutions on SharePoint and in recent years we are particularly focusing on creating solutions for Office 365.
We are fascinated by the subject of process automation, digital transformation of enterprises, creating virtual workplaces and tools supporting employees in this area.
Our team gained experience in various companies, working on projects that aimed to build intranet portals, various applications and business solutions.
We prefer to work in the "no-code" model, which is based on the functionalities provided by the platform, through their appropriate configuration, the use of additional third-party applications, but avoiding dedicated programming solutions (though we know each other)
For more than two year we are closely working with Nintex, a company that is creating a platform for building workflows.
